Ableflex Expansion Joint Filler Foam – Adhesive & Non-Adhesive

$18.00$105.00

Description

Ableflex Expansion Joint Filler Foam is a high-quality closed-cell polyethylene (PE) foam used to create expansion and control joints in concrete and masonry work. It is lightweight, flexible, non-absorbent, and easy to install, making it a popular choice for builders, concreters, and DIY projects.

We supply 10mm thick rolls, 25 metres long, available in widths from 50mm up to 300mm. You can choose from adhesive backing (peel-and-stick for fast installation) or non-adhesive for general applications.

What Ableflex is Used For

Ableflex expansion joint foam is designed to form a compressible barrier between concrete slabs or between concrete and fixed structures. This allows for movement caused by temperature changes, load shifts, or ground settling — preventing cracks and damage.

Common uses include:

  • Expansion joints in concrete driveways, footpaths, and slabs

  • Kerb and channel works

  • Precast and tilt-up panel joints

  • Around walls, columns, pits, and pipes

  • Isolation joints in blockwork and brickwork

Why Choose Our Ableflex

  • Closed-cell foam – Resists water absorption and concrete slurry

  • Flexible & durable – Compresses and rebounds as needed

  • Consistent 10mm thickness – Professional finish every time

  • Adhesive option – Quick and secure installation

  • Non-adhesive option – For versatile, general use

  • Lightweight & easy to cut – Saves time on site
